Mentora provides:
Academic tutoring across school and university subjects.
Mentoring and guidance for standardized tests and skill development.
University application services, including visa, accommodation, and admissions support.
Services may be provided in-person or online. We reserve the right to update or modify the scope of our Services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
Parents & Students
Ensure accurate information is provided during registration.
Maintain respectful communication with mentors and staff.
For students under 18, parental/guardian consent is required for registration and use.
Mentors
Must comply with Mentora’s internal policies and code of conduct.
Are independent contractors, not employees of Mentora.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments must be made in advance for booked lessons or packages unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds are provided only in accordance with Mentora’s published refund policy.
Lessons may be rescheduled if 24-hour notice is given. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, educational material, branding, and resources remain the intellectual property of Mentora.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse Mentora's content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mentora provides educational support but does not guarantee academic outcomes, admission to specific universities, or exam results.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
8. Amendments
Mentora reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
9. Termination
Mentora may suspend or terminate a user’s access to Services if these Terms are breached. Users may discontinue Services at any time, subject to our refund policy.
